Our carefully chosen speaker faculty ensures all important perspectives are covered within the multi-stakeholder ecosystem of Virtual-First. Gain exclusive insights from industry leaders, including C-Suites from top payers and Virtual-First Care companies. Our speaker faculty is not one to miss!

“The pandemic fueled rapid adoption of telehealth and a new group of companies that have rebuilt care delivery from the ground up with a virtual-first approach.  I look forward to engaging payers, employers, policy makers and other V1C companies as we discuss the future of V1C care and its ability to deliver convenient, accessible and satisfying care experiences, great clinical outcomes and a lower total cost of care.”

Sam Holliday, Chief Executive Officer, Oshi Health

“Over the past decade, the digitization of healthcare has accelerated exponentially due to COVID-19, innovative government policies, changes in consumer preference, an influx of venture capital, a growing number of digital health entrepreneurs, and countless other factors. As a VC investor, I am excited to partner with disruptive innovators who are leading the way to build virtual-first care delivery models that will truly address the quadruple aim.”

Ian Chiang, Partner, Flare Capital Partners

“Virtual First Care models are delivering on multiple promises and offer the opportunity to excel in each, including 1) the opportunity to build national centers of excellence delivery models, even if in a narrow area of specialization, 2) the opportunity to change referral patterns such that the patient receives the best customer care AND best clinical care and 3) the opportunity to solve serious access issues to care that not only positively impact patient convenience and care quality, but can save the consumer significant time and out of pocket costs while offering serious improvements in peace of mind. We are seeing trusted multiple national practice care service delivery organizations grow using the Virtual First Care model whereas, to date, we’ve had very few truly national footprint healthcare services.”

Donald Jones, IMPACT Co-Founder, Chair, Virtual First Medical Practice Collaborative, Digital Medicine Society (DiMe)

“Virtual-first care has the opportunity to drastically improve patient access and outcomes, but we’re still in early innings. This conference is a great way for virtual-first care pioneers to continue to push the whole virtual-first model of care forward to realize this opportunity”

Joe Connolly, Co-Founder & CEO, Visana Health

“Virtual care has evolved from being a sought-out solution to care during the height of the pandemic to a standard modality in the healthcare delivery system. This new healthcare landscape presents an opportunity to discover how to deliver best in class virtual first healthcare.   I am looking forward to hearing from others in this space and discussing what we do well and what we could do better so that the world of virtual first care can continue expanding to better treat patients.”

Lisa LaCarrubba, Medical Director, CloseKnit Health

“Virtual First Health Care, implemented correctly, has the potential to improve not only health equity but also the efficient use of health resources. I look forward to the dialogue around how these improvements can translate into economic benefit to patients, providers, and health systems”

Josephine Li-McLeod, Member of the Executive Committee, ISPOR Boston

Cherish

Sumit is a serial entrepreneur focused on digital health innovation at scale. He has
co–founded and grown five companies over the past two and a half decades that
have tackled progressively bolder challenges facing our healthcare economies. All
his work features common themes — big, bold ideas that help us imagine a better
world; moonshot technology innovation that disrupts when, where, how, and who
delivers care; complex processes rethought into simple user experiences that blend
into our daily lives; and business models that make such change practical — themes
he has honed since the time Sumit worked with Steve Jobs and NeXT in the early
1990s.
Sumit is now the Chairman, CEO, and founder of Cherish. Cherish develops
advanced sensors and artificial intelligence, combined with medical evidence and
human touch, and serves people aging or living with health challenges — our
grandparents, parents, children, and many of us. Cherish solutions help them live
their best lives with independence, dignity, and joy for as long as possible. Sumit
also serves on the HIMSS board and is Chair of the HIMSS Nominating Committee.
He is sought after for his expertise and unstoppable energy as an innovator,
entrepreneur, change agent, strategist, and technology architect.
